Pest Control Technician
What You'll Do
- Perform residential and commercial pest control treatments
- Inspect properties and identify pest issues
- Communicate treatment plans and prevention tips to customers
- Maintain service vehicle, equipment, and product inventory
- Build lasting relationships with customers on your route
- Document services and maintain accurate records
Requirements and nice-to-haves
Requirements
- Valid Idaho driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
- Comfortable working independently on daily routes
Nice to Have (Not Required)
- Previous pest control or lawn care experience
- QAL or QAC certification (we'll help you get certified)
- Experience with route-based service work
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
A Day in the Life

Most technicians complete 8 to 12 service calls per day and are home by 6pm.

Arrive at office, check daily route & load any needed supplies

Complete morning appointments (4 to 6 homes)

As of September 2026, most techs run a tight cluster of stops (think North End in the morning, Meridian in the afternoon) so you're not driving all over. We optimize routes for minimal windshield time, usually under 90 miles per day.
