Quarterly service means we treat your home every 3 months (4 times per year). This schedule aligns with seasonal pest cycles in Idaho and maintains a continuous protective barrier around your home. It's the most popular choice for year-round protection.
The $49 initial service includes a complete property inspection, full exterior perimeter treatment, interior baseboard and crack treatment, spider web and wasp nest removal, and identification of entry points. This comprehensive first visit establishes your protective barrier. The $49 price applies to new quarterly or bimonthly subscription sign-ups only.
Subscription plans (quarterly and bimonthly) include a 1-year service agreement. This commitment allows us to offer the $49 initial service—a significant discount from our standard pricing. If you need to cancel before your year is complete, there's a $100 early cancellation fee. After your first year, you can cancel anytime with no fee. One-time services have no agreement or commitment.
That's covered! All subscription plans include our satisfaction guarantee. If you see pest activity between your scheduled quarterly or bimonthly visits, simply call us and we'll return to re-treat at no additional cost. This guarantee does not apply to one-time services.
Pricing is based on square footage because larger homes require more product and time to treat properly. Our three tiers cover most homes: up to 2,500 sq ft ($119/quarter), 2,501-4,000 sq ft ($139/quarter), and 4,001-5,500 sq ft ($159/quarter). Homes over 5,500 sq ft receive custom quotes.
Quarterly service (every 3 months, 4x/year) works great for most homes. Bimonthly service (every 2 months, 6x/year) provides more frequent treatments for homes with higher pest pressure—like properties near agricultural fields, water features, or heavily wooded areas. Bimonthly customers also get priority scheduling.
Yes! We use EPA-approved products that are safe for families and pets once dry (typically 30-60 minutes). Most of our treatment is applied to exterior perimeters where contact is minimal. We'll advise you on any specific precautions during your appointment.
Our Lawn & Mosquito Program runs May through October (6 months) and includes monthly treatments to reduce mosquito populations in your yard. We treat breeding sites, vegetation, and outdoor living areas. Pricing starts at $69/month for lots up to 0.25 acre. Bundle with pest control to save 10%.
Yes! We offer several ways to save: 10% off when you prepay annually, 10% off when bundling pest control with mosquito service, and our referral program gives you $50-$100 credit for each friend who signs up. We also run seasonal promotions throughout the year.
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and ACH bank transfers. For subscription services, we securely store your payment method and charge automatically after each service. You'll receive an invoice via email before each charge.
